This a CE certified European VAT paid boat, if you live outside of Europe below is a simplified explanation of the Schengen (visa) rules:
The Schengen rules for non European Union passport or visa holders allow visitors 90 days in every 180 days as a rolling day count from the day you are there looking backwards for 180 days. VAT paid boats can stay in Europe indefinitely but not the owner. However there are easy ways around this as there are a number of places in the Med which are out of the Schengen area. Some of the places are as follows:- Croatia, Montenegro, Turkey, Israel, Cyprus, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Gibraltar etc. There is good cruising to be had in lots of these places and by mixing with Schengen areas the 90 day rule is easy to comply with even for those that live aboard.
You should however check these rules for your specific circumstances.

Layout
SALON
- To port the Salon has an L shaped seating area around a Teak table with beautiful star burst inlay and two substantial teak and stainless steel dining chairs complete the dining area. A nice additional touch beside the dining area is a Koolatron wine fridge. To starboard there are two Ekornes reading chairs with ottomans and built in cupboards and a 40” TV in a lift. Forward there is a pass-through granite counter top and breakfast bar to the galley.
PRIMARY SATEROOM
- The owner’s stateroom is on the same level as the galley, and it is located amidships where the motion is most comfortable during passages and at anchor. It features an over sized queen berth with a custom memory foam mattress. There are night stands each side, with three drawers and ample additional storage including drawers under the berth and a full length hanging locker. Three large opening ports with storm plates at the head of the bed. On the wall at the foot of the bed beneath the 40″ Samsung LCD TV there are book shelves. Access to this cabin is from the Salon and the forward stairs.
- The ensuite head has a large enclosed bath and shower, beautiful dark granite counter top and backsplash with an under-mount basin. There is also ample storage in lockers and drawers above and below the basin.
GUEST/VIP STATEROOM
- The forward cabin has the much preferred walk around central queen berth with its en-suite aft and a desk to starboard.
- The ensuite head, with a large walk in shower, features a the same beautiful dark granite counter top, under-mount basin, with ample storage drawers and tiled floor.
- Below the cabin sole is a lifting hatch and teak and stainless ladder leading to the huge forward hold area. This area houses the watermaker, fresh water pump, bow thruster, hot water heater and some of the comprehensive spare parts, boxed and clearly labelled.
CAPTAIN’S BERTH
- Aft of the pilothouse is a private stateroom complete with a double-sized berth, drawer storage and hanging locker. This cabin is perfect for the off-watch crew on long passages. The pilothouse head is appointed with matching dark granite and also functions as a day head.
PILOTHOUSE
- The pilot house provides excellent visibility for anyone piloting the boat day or night. From the very comfortable full-sized Admiral Stidd helm chair you can easily access to all the navigational controls, and the information you require is clearly and conveniently displayed. Aft there is an elevated L-shaped settee and teak table with starburst inlay. Below are bookshelves and full size dedicated chart storage. All around the pilothouse is ample storage. To port and starboard there are Dutch doors giving access the Portuguese bridge.
