The Yacht Tech Team is dedicated to servicing your Nordhavn, repairing and maintaining its systems and equipment for reliability and safety at sea. Is your Nordhavn due for routine maintenance?
When you buy your Nordhavn from us or bring it to us for service, we will review the Nordhavn’s maintenance log and discuss with the owner and/or captain, in detail, the periodic maintenance and required or other upgrades desired. A sample of some of the work items performed routinely are:
- Detailing/buffing and polishing
- Gelcoat and other cosmetic repairs
- Bottom painting and zinc replacement, including replacing the zincs in the stabilizers
- Anti-fouling treatment to propellers using either Mussel Buster or Prop Speed
- Electronics installation and electronic repairs
- Steering system repairs and upgrades
- Stabilizers, seal replacement, bearings, rod ends, adjustments and repairs
- Bow and stern thruster service, installation and repair
- Keel cooler removal, cleaning and replacement
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair
- Engine alignments, troubleshooting and repair
- Bearing replacement and shaft work
- Oil and filter changes and analysis
- Coolant system flushing

REFIT PROJECTS
We start with a thorough consultation concerning the extent of the refit, after completing a detailed inspection and survey. During the planning phase we will discuss the refit budget, equipment choices and time limitations to ensure all work performed is completed in a timely manner and on schedule.
