Description

LEVITY is a full displacement trawler type vessel with proven long range capabilities having cruised the east coast of the US, the Bahamas, the Caribbean and the east coast of Australia. She has a nice entry cockpit with boarding doors on both sides and an access door to her swim step. Below the cockpit is a large lazarette that gives excellent access to the steering gear, the inverter, hot water tank, heater, two water makers, two additional chargers and transformer, as well as providing ample storage space.

The salon is entered from the cockpit through a robust watertight and double dogged commercial strength Dutch door. The salon, a very large room that connects with the galley, has an open feel due to the large size windows with teak trim, screens and accordion window shades. These windows have all been covered with V Kool tint which helps reduce the temperature inside. The interior is tastefully decorated with ultra leather style upholstery and the salon is carpeted. Forward is a 21″ LCD TV and a cabinet with Splendide washer/dryer combination.

Going up a few steps you arrive in the spacious pilothouse that features a Pompanette Platinum Series helm chair forward with excellent nav/com display arrangement and a bench seat with table and watch berth aft. There is a 2.5 cu.ft Nova Kool freezer in a cabinet under port console. There are two robust watertight and double dogged commercial strength Dutch doors on either side of the pilothouse leading to the Portuguese bridge.

The staterooms are forward and below. The guest has a double berth to port, a desk with a swing out seat to starboard, file sized drawers under the berth and its own head and shower. The guest stateroom gets plenty of light from two portholes as well as overhead hatches in the stateroom and the head. The master stateroom is located amidships with an island queen berth athwartships, a 15″ LCD TV¸ and a separate head with a very large shower. The owners stateroom is lighted by two portholes as well as one in the shower area.

The engine room is accessed by a sound proof door in the master (or through the sole of the salon) and offers an unusually large serviceable area for a vessel of this size. The main engine is on centerline surrounded by a stainless steel rail for safety. The wing engine is aft to port and the generator is aft to starboard. An excellent fuel management/filtration system is located on the starboard wall.

The foredeck has two lockable deck boxes for storage as well as an upgraded heavy duty chain stopper for the main rode. There is a large and easily accessible chain locker with two shelves, one on each side.

The boat deck is accessed from the Portuguese bridge and stores an 11.0 ft Swift tender with a 15 hp Yamaha outboard and a large lockable deck box for additional storage
